Like most of the power toothbrushes the 7850 DLX has a times feature that ensures that you brush long enough and on the right places. It has a low and high speed but you will probably just use the high speed. The nice thing about this brush is that the replacement brush heads are relatively inexpensive. The heads are relatively small so it is easy to reach hard-to-reach places. Another big plus is that when you buy it ( at the link below ) you get 2 FlexiSoft brush heads, 2 extra-soft brush heads, and 2 Interspace brush head. It has a pressure sensor that detects when you press to hard, if this happens the toothbrush will shut down automatically. Overall this brush is excellent.
