The brush head is smaller that the original and has a new diamond shape that i found works mutch better than the original shape. I have heard about some rusting problems but it has never happened to me or anybody I know personally .It also features a timer that will make sure that you brush long enough and change sides and angle frequently. The brush heads last about 1-2 months depending on how you use it and to buying a new brush is relatively expensive so try and make it last as long a possible. 5 Stars
